Princess Birthday

I'm back into the swing of things and have been missing spending time in the craft room.
I have done a little re organizing and hope to get some stuff up on the walls now.
But for now i have been busy making cards.  Seems as though every time i turn around it is someones birthday and i need to make a card.  With my son's birthday quickly approaching i have been busy trying to get everything finished for his dinosaur themed party.

This card i have made is a princess card for my niece who lives in Ontario.  She is celebrating her 5th birthday!  I know she has been to Disney world and two Disney cruises so I'm pretty sure she likes princesses.
I found this great cascading card on pinterest and just loved it so i attempted my version of it and it worked out ok.  I'm hoping she will love it!

Cards, cards and more cards!

Last night i hosted my card class and i ended up with three people out of the eight that RSVP yes:(
Oh well i still had fun end even got all the cards made!   Yeah for me!!  Surprising for me because with daddy away the kids have  just been time bombs!  Hopefully today will be a better day.
Off to the doctors to have a painful lump looked at on my knuckle. Glad it is not my right hand or i would be out of crafting.
With hubby away i have had a bit of time to do some crafting and trying to get the disney album done.  I was able to get 18 layouts done at the all day crop so i was happy.  On Sunday evening i spent four hours working on my wish blade to cut out titles for some of the pages which hopefully i can share with you tomorrow.

Hot Stuff

While i was leaving some praise on some blogs yesterday, i can across a card for the hubby that i just loved.  So instantly i needed to make a card with the same image on it.  Didn't know if it was a stamp or not but treated myself to an afternoon out at the scrapbook stores.  The first store didn't have the paper but had some cheap clearance paper and containers i needed to get for my daughters valentine treats.  Then headed over to the second store that i was positive would have the paper and they did YIPEEEEEE!
So after picking my daughter up from preschool i headed home and started playing.  Only had enough time to get two cards done but love them.  Of course i had to add glitter!  Tell me if you love them as well.
