Here is a card i made using scraps of paper from many years ago, sorry i don't know the company.
I just wanted a simple card that shows someone what you think. Beauty i thought worked well for any woman receiving this card.
I made the card from a check paper and then die cut the spotted paper. I used the vibrant butterfly back ground paper and added the cut out of Beauty onto it. I cut out some butterflies which i added with pop dots and then added some felt flowers. For the final touches i added some blue and purple rhinestones and a Stella and rose jewel.
I am entering this card into three challenges:

Wonderful colors of spring.
Here is a card i created for Easter/spring. I have found myself lately, craving the beautiful colors and creatures of spring but not been seeing much of that in this neck of the woods. Birds are the sweet sounds of a fresh new spring. So that being said i had to use a bird to give me some enlightenment into the beauties of our warmer weather and the approaching Easter holiday.
I used a rubber bird stamp borrowed from my neighbour and good scrapping friend. I stamped it on a wood grain piece and adhered it to a piece of corrugated kraft paper that i inked the edges on. The card is made from kraft card stock and a piece of flowered background paper. My embellishments are ivory twine/rope, aqua and white twine and some buttons. The nest i made by wrapping the rope around in a circle and added 3 blue pearls. And for the final touch i added a feather to the birds wing.
Hope this makes everyone feel like Spring! Enjoy your day.
I have for the first time decided to enter this into some card challenges so wish me luck.

In the clouds...
I have been busy making some cards and have had to do all sorts of different occassions. I'm hoping to get more word stamps with sediments. If you see any good ones let me know.
I used a hampton arts set but know idea what the name on it is but something to do with a princess. I stamped the castle and colored it with copics. I then cut it out and pop dotted it on the card. The cloud is a sizzix die and i cut them out of felted foam. I then applied stickles to them and rubbed it all around to give them the glittered look. Attached it to the card to make the castle appear in the clouds. I then stamped the princess and outlined it with a copic and pop dotted it. This was made3 for my niece for her 6th birthday.

WOYWW #145
Wow, can't believe it is Wednesday again. I missed two weeks from here. Just was not feeling very well. Now I'm doing a bit better and wanting to get into the swing of things. So here what is on my desk. I have been busy trying to catch up on scrapbooking. I was about two and a half years behind with the kids and thought i was getting it done but realized I'm missing a years worth of photos. And too make matters worse, my computer with the photos on them has crashed.
This weekend I'm attending an all day crop and what am i going to work on. If your new to this take a visit over at the wonderful Julia's stamping ground to follow along with all the wonderful blog hoppers.
Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Tags from my kit
As you saw in my kit i had some tags i made.
I knew i was using my kit for scrapbook layout and they are mostly going to be used for the trip we took to Vancouver Island. Visiting the Fort i figured wood things were fitting for the outdoor feel.
The other ones i made using the corrugated side of a Starbucks sleeve. I then cut out the tickets that were on a double sided card stock sheet. I attached the tickets to the corrugated side of the sleeve using a glittered brad and cut out around the attach tickets.
I'm sure i will think of what can be written on each one.
Here is the supplies

The Eyes of March
FINALLY,
Back into the swing of things. I still have this stubborn cold but feeling somewhat better.
I have been laying pretty low lately but have managed to get some crafting done. I loved the kit that CKC is using for this month and hope to finally use one kit this year! I think the colours of the kit were perfect for the month of March.
Fitting to the phrase Ides of March i titled my kit The Eyes of March, as my kit will be used for scrapping everything we did with the kids this month.
Last weekend i met my husband on Vancouver Island for four days, with the kids. The kids unfortunately got my cold and were a little cranky needless to say, but still adventurous. We walked around Fort Rodd Hill which the kids loved and then went to see LORAX. Wow what a great movie. My daughter loved it but a little to long for my three year old son. Lots of swimming and running around while daddy worked and then back on the ferry home.
This is going to be a long two weeks i think as it is spring break!
